Personal data collection
Personal data so collected may form the object of processing, pursuant to the Loi relative à l’informatique aux fichiers et aux libertés (French Data Protection Act) of 6 January 1978 and the Règlement général sur la protection des données (General Regulations on Data Protection) of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), under the conditions mentioned in each collection medium for the offered services.
Amundi undertakes to retain data of a personal character for the duration necessary to the service for which they have been collected, a note of which appears on each data collection form.
Amundi shall keep all personal information provided by Internet users via the Website confidential in accordance with laws and regulations currently in effect.
